A half century ago Rachel Carson wrote; "By one means or another, the new generations suffer for the poisonings of their parents." She exposed the grave dangers of synthetic pesticides to the American public sharing equal parts of her love of science and nature. 50 years have passed since she first published her clarion words, still, sadly, billions of pounds of poisons have continued to rain down on humanity worldwide. We believe that this Nation’s newest generation deserves to know and understand Rachel‘s message of warning.
